Return Policy

Items may be returned for credit or exchange only with prior return authorization issued by ITC Inc. A restocking charge of 25% may apply.

Returned material must be unused, in original carton, in re-salable condition. Material must be returned within 10 days of date shipment.

Purchaser will pay all shipping costs.

ITC Inc. will forward material returned due to defect in manufacture to the manufacturer for their inspection. Once material is deemed defective and replaced by the manufacturer, ITC will forward material to the customer.

No other conditions for return will be accepted.
